All is profit!

The partners are very concerned about the first chaos of the New Year, and various big players also do a lot of comprehensive interpretation. Some media discuss is the geopolitical struggle, color, or the big names revealed is a power struggle drama, "xuanwu Gate".

The truth of Kazakhstan's transformation: an overlooked detail that state power serves self-interest?

It is not even comparable to the American response to similar plots in the past. So far, us media reports have been on the low side. Besides Blinken and Psaki, there are no prominent American officials. There are no supporting bills or other actions.

Currently, there are three main interpretations:

1. Considering that the US Embassy in Kazakhstan issued three consecutive riot warnings in advance on December 16, some people judged the firing of Chevron Tengiz as evidence of cooperation with the US government's color revolution action.

2. Considering that Kazak Massimov was characterized as a traitor, some people interpreted this change as an internal power struggle in Kazakhstan, and Masimov took advantage of the American color revolution to seek power.

3. Combined with the rapid stabilization of the situation in Kazakhstan, some people believe that Tokayev is wily enough to see the general trend and use Russia as a counterplan to remove obstacles to consolidate power.

But these three interpretations do not fully explain the objective reality of:

1. Who owns America?

Would a company have such a high level of "political awareness", at the right point in time, to cooperate with the US national strategic action? If we do so, American companies will struggle around the world, even as the United States is strong and powerful. This is typical of killing the goose that lays the golden egg.

The publicly disclosed ownership structure behind Tengiz Chevron is shared by Chevron (50%), ExxonMobil (25%), Kazakhstan National Oil and Gas (20%), and Lukarco (5%), a Russian-american joint venture. But dig deeper: Chevron, ExxonMobil all came from Rockefeller's Standard Oil.

Rockefeller, we don't have to say anything, do we? Top 10 American conglomerates, no problem American masters. Does it make sense for the master to follow dogleg's instructions?

The truth of Kazakhstan's transformation: an overlooked detail that state power serves self-interest?

2. Is it reasonable for comprador dog legs to hold masters?

Masimov's experience makes it clear that he has the typical characteristics of an agent of American interests. When he was prime Minister of Kazakhstan from 2007 to 2012, he did something disgusting to His master: In 2007, Russia repeatedly consulted Kazakhstan to allow The Chinese military to pass through the joint military exercise of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, but it made no sense. The Chinese military had to make a detour to the Far East, traveling an additional 6,000 kilometers to the Urals Training ground.

Kazakhstan is one of the five founding members of the SCO.

Masimov, who worked so hard to please his masters, became the Western-backed candidate to replace Mr Nazarbayev.

Then would such a comprador dog have the nerve to take advantage of his master?

3. Europe is unusually low-key?

In the past, if the United States launched a color revolution, it must have been Europe's flag-waving to create momentum; But this time Europe's voice was pitifully muted, as if it were none of its own.

Does that make sense?

The truth is: it was an ill-prepared, uncoordinated rush. It can even be said that a few members of the Biden administration are pursuing their own interests.

Only in this way can we accord with objective reality. There is one detail that was seen, but overlooked, and should have been focused on, to prove it.

At the end of December, Tengizi Chevron laid off 40,000 people! It was the sackings that sparked the unrest in Kazakhstan, and the 40,000 people who have become the main force behind it. It's incredibly irrational, but it gets lost in the grand narrative.

On December 21, Tokayev had a special meeting with Tengiz, the general manager of Chevron.

The truth of Kazakhstan's transformation: an overlooked detail that state power serves self-interest?

Date: December 21; Note the red box marked in red: Ensure that the kazakhstan localization content requirements are met.

Given the timing, it is clear that Tengiz Chevron has slapped Tokayev in the face by not improving localization but laying off 40, 000 employees in order to generate revenue. According to data, there are only 190,000 people in Aktau, where Tengiz Chevron oil company is located. If you include 40,000 wives, children and old parents, how many people do you think there will be?

On January 1, 2022, the Kazakh government announced an increase in the price of oil and gas, which is relatively large in terms of increase, nearly 100% (which is not worth mentioning in terms of actual prices). This is, in effect, a concession by the Kazakh government to Chevron Tengiz, an oil company that loves nothing more than rising oil and gas prices. But chevron tengise is again saying it is preparing to cut more jobs.

Coincidentally, the citizens of Aktau were the first to start the riot. Well, that's understandable, given the lack of a job and the fact that you have a family. But the citizens of Aktau are rioting not against Tengiz Chevron, the oil company that sacked them, but against the Kazakh government; And the rioting citizens enjoy intimate services: there are drinks, there are money.

Coincidentally, the first responders were oil workers! Tengiz Chevron is the largest oil company in Kazakhstan, and karaganak, the second largest oil company, is also a foreign holding company. How profitable is Tengise Chevron?

Statistics released by the Economic and Commercial Office of the Chinese Embassy in Kazakhstan in February 2021:

Tengiz Chevron will produce 26.5 million tons (211.13 million barrels) of oil in 2020, equivalent to 35% of kazakhstan's total production. It sold 1,487 tons of liquefied natural gas, 7.3 billion cubic meters of natural gas and 2.5 million tons of sulfur. In 2020, Tengiz Chevron paid more than $6.6 billion in taxes to kazakhstan, making it the largest taxpayer in the country. Tengiz is one of kazakhstan's largest oil fields, with proven reserves of about 3.2 billion tons.

So this is a golden hen with a lot of eyes on it.

Back to the second note above: ensure that the Kazakh localization requirements are met. What does this mean? Simply put, Kazakhstan thinks the golden hen belongs to kazakhstan and wants more golden eggs.

This actually came out in 2017. In 2017, Kazakhstan promulgated the latest version of the Law on Mineral Resources and Utilization of Mineral Resources, insisting on the "Kazakh content" regulation, which requires foreign enterprises to purchase at least 50% of Kazakh products and services locally during their mining investment in Kazakhstan, and give priority to local employees.

The truth of Kazakhstan's transformation: an overlooked detail that state power serves self-interest?

From kazakhstan's standpoint, this is a good law for the country and its people. But in the west, such as the United States, which controls Kazakhstan's resource exploitation, it is a law of the worst kind. Kazakhstan's biggest exports are oil, uranium and copper, according to the World Bank, but all are in the hands of foreign companies, especially the United States.

Oil, for example, is 70% foreign. Of Kazakhstan's total exports of $47 billion in 2020, more than half of its revenue came from oil, at $23.7 billion. The compradors of Kazakhstan, who depended on the United States for their existence, were naturally extremely dissatisfied with the above provisions.

As a result, the above laws were introduced in 2017, but not implemented much. It was not until Mr Tokayev came to power in 2019 that he began pushing it in earnest. With the exception of his December 21 meeting with Tengiz Chevron's general manager, search kazakhstan's local content news and you can see that this is a high frequency word in 2021.

On 21 July 2020, Kazakhstan's Prime Minister Mamin chaired a meeting to study the issue of enhancing localization.

Kazakh Oil and gas companies should continue to improve localization content, kazakh Energy Minister Nogaev said on December 7, 2020 during a working visit to Akniyennia.

On 16 December 2020, the Minister of Industry and Infrastructure Development of Kazakhstan announced that from 1 January 2021, the proportion of localization content in procurement contracts for users of underground resources will be set at no less than 50%.

On January 2, 2021, the Kazakh Ministry of Energy announced that a fund for enhancing localization would be established in Kazakhstan, and Chevron was named as a contributor.

On February 11, 2021, Kazakh President Tokayev called for measures to improve localization content.

Kazakhstan's Deputy Prime Minister Roman Skalyar said on May 26, 2021 that the government may revise the "local content" provisions in production and operation agreements with foreign users of mineral resources.

On 5 August 2021, kazakhstan's Minister of Energy called for more localization of oil and gas projects as a way to improve localization and pay for employees in the oil and gas industry.

What do you call this in the eyes of the American masters, the Rockefeller Foundation?

Cut people off!

They may even worry if this is the first step.

And Biden and his son Hunter are as serious about oil and gas as a tiger's ass. Hunt is now known for allegedly using his father's name to make money from a Ukrainian oil and gas company. After the russia-EU Nord Stream 2 opens, it will essentially eliminate Ukraine's oil and gas capital interests. Look at what the United States has done with Ukraine. At America's behest, Europe would rather freeze than open Nord Stream 2.

Coincidentally, in the kazakh case, the gang unearthed a photo of Masimov, Hunt, Biden and Kazakh energy oligarch Kenneth Slickishev.

The truth of Kazakhstan's transformation: an overlooked detail that state power serves self-interest?

What happened in 2019. Zakayev happened to be president of the Kazakh Senate when the law was amended in 2017; Nazarbayev resigned as president in 2019. Masimov, who had been expected by the West, did not become president as he had hoped.

Do you think Zakayev is a pain in the ass?

Hunt was an obvious broker of American influence in the Ukraine events; After he gets the benefits in 2019, is he going to use his dad's power to do something?

That explains why Europe is not interested in the Kazakh incident! It also explains why only Blinken and Psaki are beeping over there.

Trace back to the source, it's all about benefits! But it is also a glimpse of how far America has fallen: power serves individual and family interests.
