Han Feng Inc. is looking for an experienced Full-Time HR Manager with competitive salary $65K-$80K (salary commensurate with experience) and full benefit package.

The position is in-office in Greensboro, NC.

Qualifications:
• Bilingual preferred － English and Chinese Mandarin.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Be innovative for process improvement and cost efficiencies.
• Combination of a relevant bachelor's degree and/or relevant work experience.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for all HR-related activities for multiple divisions, including but not limited to the following:
• Oversee recruitment, selection, and the onboarding process.
• Process payroll and maintain employee records.
• Conduct payroll and benefit analysis.
• Ensure that the company's procedures comply with employment regulations.
• Understand and effectively communicate complex and technical HR-related processes and programs.
• Monitor various aspects of an employee's performance, and conduct disciplinary actions as needed.
• Collaborate with management for compensation reviews and benefits.
• Update policies and implement training programs accordingly.
• Handle any disciplinary processes and formal grievances.
• Available to travel to investigate employee relations concerns working with legal compliance team.
• Handle all employee related incidents, including but not limited to workers compensation claims.
• Assist internal audits in the review and auditing of HR Operations and/or creating HR Standard Operating Procedures.
• Always maintain full confidentiality regarding all HR and company related matters.
