Electric Bike Mechanic/Inventory/Delivery - Addmotor Tech

Our mechanic team takes great care of each part and bike that comes into the warehouse and carefully diagnoses the problem to come up with the best solution. Here at Addmotor Tech, our mechanic team aims to provide the best support for our customers to maximize their enjoyment of our services and products.

Key Responsibilities:
- Can drive a forklift, cargo van
- If needed, will be asked to drive a cargo van to do deliveries
- Can lift up to 100 lbs, be able to occasionally unload cargo from containers (~1/month)
- Manage and organize inventory within the warehouse
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues on the electric bikes/trikes
- Assemble, maintain, and repair electric bikes and batteries
- Install and upgrade electric bike components
- Organize and keep track of different projects
- Educate customers on proper bike care and usage
- Provide troubleshooting for reported problems

Qualifications:
- Prior experience preferred but not necessary
- Have basic familiarity with mechanical and electrical parts
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
- Effective communication skills
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- English and Chinese language skills are a bonus but not mandatory
