Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and outgoing Bilingual Asian Casino Host to become a key member of our team. In this role, you will use your interpersonal skills and culture fluency to provide exceptional service to our Asian clientele. No specific casino experience is required, if you have a passion for hospitality and a knack for connecting with people, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients to encourage repeat visit and enhance overall guest experience.
- Assist in managing VIP programs and special events, ensuring every guest feel valued.
- Act as a cultural liaison by leveraging your bilingual skills to communicate effectively with guests from Chinese and Vietnamese backgrounds.
- Collaborate with sales and client development teams to increase client visitation and revenue growth,
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve service quality and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree form an accredited college or university.
- Fluency in English and Chinese, Vietnamese or Korean.
- Prior experience insoles or customer service is highly valued
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Outgoing, energetic personality with strong communication skills.
- Self-starter who is proactive, disciplined and driven to succeed.
